The individual insolvency register is a publicly held register of individuals who have gone through the bankruptcy process and have recently been declared bankrupt with the courts. The individual insolvency register doesn’t only cover present bankruptcies, but also exhibits details of those that have had bankruptcy discharged within the past 3 months.
